Merry Monday 74

DSCF7782

Happy Monday, peeps!  Time for another lovely inspiration for Merry Monday!  I just love this photo….a girl can dream, right?  Or at least make a card inspired by it, LOL!

So since I already had some of the birch paper left on my desk from this project, I thought it would be cool try to stamp on it!  I love the rustic look it created:

LeAnne Pugliese Merry Monday 74 WeeInklings Mistletoe Christmas

I stamped the mistletoe from PTI’s Holly & Mistletoe with Pear Pizzazz ink and a greeting from Waltzingmouse in Chocolate Chip ink.  I added some pearl “berries” and a matching ribbon, and it was done!

I recommend using multipurpose glue to adhere the birch paper to your cardstock; it is a bit curly when it comes in the Thankful Tablescape kit, and it will try to “unadhere” itself!

I hope you’ll play along with us….Christmas is coming soon!  Do you have your cards started?  I hope this will inspire you to make something marvelous to share with us at Always Playing with Paper!

I don’t have any Cassidy pictures to show you, but we did go out sailing yesterday and Dana took a couple of photos:

Enjoy your day!

Oooo, I like this a lot! And yes, I like that living room, too. Looks like a lodge somewhere in the Rocky Mountains (I imagine).

Love your sailing shot. Just seeing that scene makes me feel the breeze blowing through my hair.

Gorgeous! I love the simple stamps you have chosen for the birch! And I love the sailing photos. We haven't had our boat out in years since (until recently) it's been so dry in Colorado the mountain lakes are fairly low. Your pictures remind me how much I have missed it for another summer!
