I feel like I have been away for a long, long time....I have hundreds of entries in my Reader to read and not enough time in the day!! ACK!
I squeaked in some stamping/CASEing time last night as I am trying to make samples with my new SU sets. But a couple other sets jumped onto my craft table, so I just had to use them too! Let me show you one of them now:
First of all, I made this card and took the picture at about midnight, after not being able to sleep. By the time I was finished, I was nodding off, so it was not the best!!! I had to hold the whole thing together with a paper clip so I could photo it!! I received a card in the mail last week that had a cute fold, and I made this card for my nephew to use that fold. The top flap covers the bottom flap and opens to a slot for some moolah:
This is a set from My Cute Stamps called Robots and Space Ships (I think) and it had never seen ink until last night! It is supposed to be for the CAS22 challenge, (SCS is having issues, so I can't link it) to make a b-day card....not really CAS, I had so much fun I just kept stamping & stamping & cutting & adding stuff....SUCH a cute little set! I used Basic Grey's Cupcake along with Ruby Red for the top panel. The Word Window punch, punched a couple of times, makes a slot for the gift card/money.
This card uses a new Hostess Set, The More the Merrier. I just love these little birds!!
The card base is Melon Mambo, the birds are colored using ink pads and a blender pen in Crushed Curry and More Mustard, hearts are Melon Mambo. They have glitter on them too! The 3-Heart Punch and the Tab Punch add a little embellishment; DP is Tall Tales.
Finally, a CASE from Denise January here; this is another card using the versatile Circle Circus and Teeny Tiny Wishes:
Mine is a little different; I used different circles for the topiary, and used scallop oval and large oval punches for the container. The card uses Mellow Moss and Tall Tales DP as well.
Hopefully I'll have a few more as the week goes along! Enjoy your day!

Oh these cards are so cute and pretty! The robots and birds are just adorable! I love the elegant topiary too! Yeah, the Google Reader gets a bit out of hand, huh? I don't think I will ever catch up on mine-and I have to learn not to feel guilty about it either! Someday...

great cards LeAnne! Those robots are so doggoned cute! Wishing you a better night's sleep tonight so you won't have to stamp into the wee hours! :)
Hi LeAnne, I found your blog from Caryl at Stamps and Stitches. Your cards are great. The new SU colors are gorgeous. I went to a class last week and went nuts and can't wait to make my next order. I am happy I Caryl had a like.
