Club Projects

Happy Tuesday, peeps!  I am sharing the two projects my club girls did last night, because I didn't get much other stamping done yesterday!  The first uses Hand-Penned Petals, Hand Penned DSP and a few other goodies:

It's a bit challenging to photograph because the top layer is shorter than the bottom!  But it's such a pretty way to have that beautiful DSP peek out!  We used double tags and some Soft Succulent Open Weave ribbon as an accent on the Stitched Greenery-embossed card front:

Our second card is a diamond-fold card; we used the You're A Peach DSP in various patterns and sentiments from Shaded Summer and Best Year.  Here is it all folded and ribboned up!:

And here it is extended; it's created from a 12 x 4" piece of cardstock, then accented with various patterns of the DSP and embellished with a pansy and sentiment on the front:

And birthday greetings on the back!

I think everyone liked them and had fun!

Staying busy while Mom and Wayne enjoy some outdoor refreshments!

Thanks for popping in today---enjoy it and be blessed!

Cassidy really knows how to stay within the lines! I like your first card but my problem with these shapes is that they don't stand up. Do you use a stand to display them? The second card...oh my...I want to make it! What a great way to display the DSP! Did you design it yourself?
