Poppin’ in this afternoon with a quick little CAS card for the SCS challenge today, which is a breakfast photo!! Very interesting! It made me hungry, that’s for sure! I thought about using an apple punch, but decided on the apple from Countryside:
This is a 3 1/2 x 5” note card….I have a bunch of envelopes this size but don’t always remember to make cards to fit! I used a couple different shades of red to watercolor the images, then mounted it on a Chocolate Chip mat stamped with Woodgrain. It seems lately I need a lot of thank you cards, so the sentiment from Grateful Greetings was just right. And for the life of me, I cannot figure out why SU retired the small oval punch….I think I need to voice my opinion! What do you think? TFL!
Wee Details:
- Stamps: Countryside, Grateful Greetings, Woodgrain
- Paper: Crumb Cake, Very Vanilla, Chocolate Chip, Cherry Cobbler
- Ink: Stazon, Cherry Cobbler, Real Red, Bravo Burgundy, Crumb Cake
- Acc: 1” Circle Punch, Perfect Polka Dots EF, Quilted Ribbon, Dimensionals, Small Oval Punch, Aquapainter

I'm with you on that small oval punch. I use that one a LOT! This is awesome, LeAnne! Love the clean design and how the woodgrain just adds so much to it. Dang it, looks like that one is getting added to the wish list. Sigh...it's never-ending, this enabling of yours. Hee hee! Hope today is great for you! Hugs! :)
Nice LeAnne! I'm with you. I can't figure out why SU reited that punch either. It makes no sense.
Very cool! Love the woodgrain.
Oh that's adorable!!
I too use the small oval quite often and if mine breaks, I think I'll cry! LOL Great card, and I LOVE that ribbon! Mine was just delivered today, yippee!!
Thank you for visiting my blog LeAnne. Now that I see this closer up...I love the woodgrain bg too. I did not notice that on SCS.
I have no idea what SU! was thinking about retiring that punch, but I will ditto anything your voice your opinion on!!! Love the card and the apples!
