Color Throwdown #88

It's Wednesday, and that means Color Throwdown!  Kristin is our hostess this week with an interesting color combo---what do you think?  Get your creative juices flowing, hop on over to the CTD blog and check out the rules & regs, then let us see what you come up with!

My mind immediately went to my BG Ambrosia paper, and I had the Inspired by Nature set already on my desk, so I put them together!  I stamped the image twice on a Top Note panel, once in Tangerine and again in Saffron:

Since the image is so large, it didn't need much else....a Basic Gray scalloped panel at the bottom to complement the Basic Gray taffeta ribbon, and a sentiment framed in a Silver Hodgepodge Hardware element.  I did not have a gray corduroy brad, so I dyed a tan one with reinker ink!  The "shadow" Top Note panel is some retired Haiku paper, and the final touch was a few Tangerine Tango butterflies.
