Act 26

DSCF7596

Stacey has an interesting color combo in her latest Curtain Call Color Challenge.  Here’s a peek:

This is a little different than my normal style….I just sort of threw some elements together, and I used one of my splurges from last week….a new scallop punch:

I wish I could have gotten my ribbon to behave a bit better, but I think it’s still a fun little card.  It also uses the Fall to Layout #84.    I just love that textured cardstock, I need to use it more!

I also wanted to share a couple cards I received.  I am very behind on my sharing, I promise to keep up with it better!  This one is from my upline Pennie, thanking me for doing  a quick demo at our last meeting:

and this one is from my sweet blogging friend Kelley, which came along with her blog candy that I won (and hopefully will use VERY soon!):

I just LOVE these colors together!!!  It’s so fun to get mail! And I think it’s quite interesting that both cards use colors from the orange family!!!   Thanks for visiting, and hopefully I’ll be back soon with my CAS card for the day!

Very nice, LeAnne. Love your ribbon treatment and how you cleverly used the heart stamp. Way to extend it's use!

I adore the way your ribbon is on this card. What a neat little treatment. I really like the double scalloped panel, in two colors, at the bottom. Great touches.
Lots of good CASEable stuff in this post ;)
