Pioneer Woman

I hope you all had a wonderful weekend....we did, although yesterday was rainy and dreary, we still managed to get in two good nights at our church's Live Nativity....hopefully I can share some photos later.  But the highlight of the weekend was when my sister and I went to a book-signing at a local bookstore.....yep, the wonderful Ree Drummond from Pioneer Woman was there, and she is just as sweet and funny IRL as she is on her blog.  DS told me about this a couple weeks ago and I could hardly stand the wait!  (Forget Santa Claus!)  But just as she was signing our books, my sister's camera died!  So a sweet PW fan behind us snapped one with her camera and through the marvel of internet technology, here we are:

Pioneer Woman

So now I need to actually go cook something from her yummy cookbook!

Oh my goodness, girl, I'm so jealous. I SOOOOOO wanted to go to that book signing. Seriously, we had it planned and everything...but I haven't been feeling well so we had to scrap the idea. So excited that you got to meet her!!
