I am not sure if I will have anything stamped to share with you today....maybe later, but I wanted to share with you what I made over the weekend. NOT that it is anything fantastic on my own, but that the uber-talented Angie Juda has a great video tutorial on how to make it!! AND it uses SU's large Scallop Square diecut and the Big Shot to do it:
This little rag quilt purse is very easy to make---cut out the squares with the Big Shot (you can cut eight squares at a time!!), sew them together with the batting, sew together to make the purse, and add straps and a closure and you are done! This small purse uses 19 complete squares. A little snip snip and a trip to the washer and drier give it the raggy look! I prefer to have pockets in my purses, so I will add the little PurseBrite pocket thingy I have and insert it inside! I also made my straps longer just because I like them that way! Want to make one of your own or one for a gift? Click HERE for Angie's link. TFL! And remember, if you'd like to order any Stampin'Up! products, click on my link on the right sidebar! I'd be happy to help you out!
