Freshly Made Sketches Anniversary

DSCF8235

Lesley’s Freshly Made Sketches blog is celebrating their one-year anniversary!  Congrats!  In honor of that, we can pick any sketch we like to celebrate!  I chose sketch #20:

I was lamenting to my friend Linda that I have SO many Halloween stamps I can’t possibly use them all, but I am trying!  Here’s my latest vintage Halloween card:

I just love this silhouette image!  I combined it with another stamp set for the embellishment and sentiment.  And did you know you can color silver glimmer paper with your Copics to make colored glimmer paper?  I used the broad edge of the marker and just dabbed it on the edge of my circle:

The paper is really rough, so I wouldn’t recommend doing a large surface area, but just the edges is small enough not to do any damage to the marker.  This was E08, which matches the Tangerine Tango pretty well!  If you have any questions about anything I used here, shoot me an email!

I always said that it was worthless to buy toys, because Cassidy plays with everything in the house!  This time it’s stacking my coasters:

Enjoy your day!

Cute Halloween card today, I love that image!
Be glad that Cassidy entertains herself with things around the house, because once she discovers electronic games, she'll quickly lose interest in what entertains her now!

This is so cool! I love Halloween cards and vintage Halloween is even better! The silhouette image looks great on the polka-dotted paper and I love the swirly bat.

Oh my goodness I love this card. That silhouette image is wonderful. Wonderful card LeAnne!
So right about the toys. The best part of going to my grandmother house was all the cool stuff she had to play with.

Adore this card LeAnne! I'm in love with that silhouette stamp! Which company did it come from? Also what is the card measurement? I'll check back through the comments perhaps you already answered my questions. TFS your talents with us.
