Happy Saturday to everyone! I have a busy day, so I am posting a few more samples from the Summer mini that I made recently, along with my other club project here:
I used the same frame technique as shown in my last club post; this frame is made with a 3x3” piece of cardstock. Taking your Dotted Scallop Ribbon Border punch, center it on each side of the square and punch once! That’s it! I cannot remember where I saw this, so I don’t know who to credit for such a clever idea! This little kitty from A Touch of Kindness is colored with Watercolor Crayons and an aquapainter. The DP is Blueberry Crisp. Here are a couple others I made using this set:
Just to show you don’t have to color in this image; it’s cute just stamped in Rose Red!
And finally, a little 3x3 note card with a “ruffle” of Sweet & Sour DP around the image! I think I’d better give the kitty a break and use the other images in that set!
And finally, I did get the Fabulous Florets (I was trying to resist) and did a very quick & easy emboss resist card with the silhouette image:
Here’s a closer look at the embossing, done on Textured Whisper White:
Thanks for visiting! Now I’m off to yardsale & shop with DD & DGD! If you have any questions about any of the projects, just email me!

I want to go to the yard sales with you :( Good luck I want to see what you get. Do a haul video!
The cards are wonderful and I have the kitty. I wish I could use him as at blog button. He looks like Max and your Pumpkin.
Very Nice quick cards LeAnne - my favs!
I really love your cards, but I read your blog daily because I need my fix of your truly gorgeous baby. She is just beautfiul!!
I always like your cards but today's favorite is the last one - that one knocks my socks off! LOVE IT.
OMGoodness - this is the first pic of Cassiday where she didn't look "baby" - she's starting to look like a little girl....OH they grow up so fast.
Hugs
Got to say, I think this is my favorite photo of your granddaughter yet! She has such beautiful eyes that just sparkle. Oh and your cards were great too! Happy Stampin'
Kitties and babies....great combination! Speaking of, how does Cassidy like your kitty? And how does Pumpkin like *her*?
Adorable cards, LeAnne! Ahhhh, I knew I shouldn't have looked because I think you have just convinced me that the kitty stamp is a "must-have". Your one-layer card is absolutely stunning. So elegant with that set...which is now also on my list. Sheesh! Have a great day! :)
