I needed a birthday card and the a la Card Monkey challenge 57 was just right:
Using the Crazy for Cupcakes set, I did some paper piecing and coated the entire cupcake top with Versamark and Iridescent Ice embossing powder for a nice sugar coating:
The bright colors in the Pawsitively Prints DP make it a perfect choice for a happy card! I punched some tiny “confetti”, and crimped and slivered some other matching DP into strips for some “streamers”:

Oh my goodness...this card is so cute! I'm loving the embossed cupcake "frosting" and what a clever idea with the crimped sliver of papers. Love the colors, too!
