Since I am kind of done with fall cards, I chose to make another Christmas card, albeit in rather non-traditional Christmas colors! I chose to use the little tufted titmouses (or is it titmice?!) from Winterly Tree Tops, along with some Nests of Winter DSP:
I used a postage die to cut out the striped paper, then stamped, diecut and watercolored those cute little birds:
I added some berries in Cajun Craze, a little Copper Clay baker's twine bow, and a sentiment from the retired More Merry Messages:
Some sequins finished it off! I'd like to make another card with this sketch, this time using embossed panels behind my main image! What will you create with it? I hope you'll play along with our sketch and share your final creation with us at Atlantic Hearts! Enjoy your day and be blessed!

LeAnne, I love your Tit-meeces to pieces! ha! You had a very clever idea to turn those stripes and really lovely coloring of the berries and birds!

I always love seeing these birds at the feeder and I love seeing them on this card! You got their coloring perfectly, LeAnne! I also like the stripes alternating directions. It makes a great background!
The way you've added the striped postage cuts really draws the eye in and those birds are just darling! What a fabulous card, LeAnne!
