Happy Friday, peeps! As I am sitting here posting this, there are little tiny white flakes fluttering outside...I know there are some areas that are getting buried in snow, but we haven't had a thing! Anyway, we are having DH's family Christmas tomorrow, along with two birthdays, so here is another birthday card; this one uses the Can You Case It sketch...I haven't played with them for a while!
I thought this was going to be a simple card, but I kept adding stuff to it! I chose yellow and gray as my color palette...here we go:
I used Perfectly Wrapped and Jar of Love for my stamping, along with several stitched and scalloped dies:
I love the little row of hearts in the Everyday Jars framelits set:
I sprinkled the cutouts inside and out!
|Stamps||Perfectly Wrapped, Jar of Love|
|Card stock & Papers||Whisper White, Crushed Curry, Basic Gray, A Little Foxy DSP, Park Bench (Fancy Pants)|
|Ink||Crushed Curry, Smoky Slate, Basic Gray, So Saffron|
Layering Squares Framelits, Stitched Shapes Framelits, EverydayJars Framelits, Nestie Circles, Lil' Inker Stitched Circles
A few more pix of Cassidy opening her Advent calendar! One day she got gold, silver and bronze Sharpies! Woohoo, Grammy might have to borrow these!
The only disadvantage to opening the calendar first thing in the morning is that she wants to try everything out right away and we can't get her to eat breakfast!!!
Enjoy your day and be blessed!
