Hello, stamping friends! It's time for a new As You See It challenge, and this week, since it's the fifth Friday of the month, means it's time for SPEED stamping! Yep, we want to see what you can create in ten minutes or less! Get all your supplies ready and go! Here's our theme:
I pulled out a couple of older sets that make me smile and the new Cloud Cover ink and paper, and here's what I created in 8 minutes and 30 seconds! I would have been done sooner but it took me as long to glue on the sequins as it did to stamp and emboss!
The image of the little girls in the ocean is from Technique Junkies, and the sentiment is from Crafty Secrets:
The seagulls are from the retired Sailing Home set, and the embossed background is the retired Seaside embossing folder. I left the inside blank so I wouldn't run out of time!
I hope you'll stand up to our Speed Stamping challenge, too! Check out what the DT created and then come share your quickly-stamped creations with us at the AYSI blog! Thanks for visiting today! Enjoy it and be blessed!

AH-DOR-ABLE!!!!!! I love your card to pieces!!! And the sentiment is perfect!
Cloud Cover and Secret Sea have really grown on me. I love your monochromatic card with the special sentiment and image...so nostalgic. Did you get the stamp spot and refill or did you take a chance and order the pad? It looks great.
Well done, you little speed demon! Cute as can be!

Jolly sequins! They're sometimes more trouble than they're worth. Bring on more adhesive backed ones. I've seen you use this stamp before and I've always thought it was a beauty. Cloud Cover was the perfect watery choice for this challenge too. Great job!
You've created a marvelous 10 minute card! So cute!
LeAnne this is a monochromatic masterpiece! Every time I see you use this image it makes me nostalgic for the beach holidays of my youth. Fiddly though they might be, the addition of the sequins makes for the perfect finishing touch!
Oh my goodness LeAnne... your card brought tears to my eyes. It is a wonderful scene. I love the monochromatic color scheme and that wonderful sentiment. The image of those two girls in the sea looks so much like 2 of my sisters when they were little. They were very close in age and they were very close at heart. We were all brought up to be beach lovers. There were four of us. Now there are 2. This really touched my heart and made me misty. I love it.
oh I just love this little seaside scene - takes me back to holidays when my sister & I were small.
