PP725 CAS Masculine from Jan

Happy Sunday, all!  Jan is our Paper Players hostess today and she has a fun clean-and-simple challenge for us!!  She wants us to make a masculine card---that can definitely be a challenge at some times!

I saw a card on Facebook and sadly, didn't keep the source, so if anyone knows who came up with this idea, let me know!  I took the largest die from the Everyday Arches dies, laid the straight edge just a wee bit above the fold of my Crumb Cake card and here's what I came up with:

The die cuts easily through the two layers of cardstock!  These images and sentiments are all from Unity, and they were stamped in Versafine Black ink:

I did add a couple of Basic Black diecuts for a little visual interest; I used Basic Borders and All That Dies (trimmed down).  And I gave my delivery van a little grounding with a swash of Pecan Pie with my aquapainter!

Hope you'll play along with our masculine clean-and-simple challenge at the Paper Players this week!  Pull out your masculine stamps and show us what you come up with!

The kids went to the Super Bowl parade on Friday---I watched some on TV---lots of noise and excitement!  Wayne is a diehard Philadelphia sports fan, as is his brother, so I think although it was very cold, they had a great time!

The cheerleaders are important, too, right?!

Thanks for visiting today!  Enjoy it and be blessed!

Wow- CAS and Vintage and Masculine! Love this! I think the arch shape is clever. The tiny bit of painted soil is just what the van needed to be grounded. All round, this is brilliant! Have a great week. :-)

This is a really cool design, LeAnne. The stamps are terrific and fun, and work so well with the shaped card. That border die cut adds that something extra. Love this!
