IB47 Brown Paper Packages

Happy Thursday, everyone!  Happy Thanksgiving to my American friends!  I hope you have some wonderful family plans for today...my sister is the chef so we will be eating well!  It is supposed to be one of the coldest Thanksgivings on record here in PA!  Brrrr!  Stay warm, everyone!  Laurel has an awesome Inspired By challenge for us today, I knew exactly what stamp I was going to use when I saw it!  So here's my creation:

And here's Laurel's prompt:

Do you have Julie Andrews singing that song in your head now??!  It's a nice one, though, to have stuck in your head!!  The sentiment stamp is from Papertrey, stamped in Soft Suede on a piece of Kraft cardstock that I recycled from a card I received!  The greenery is from SU's Pretty Pines dies, cut from Mint Macaron and Tranquil Tide:

I added a little tag stamped with a vintage Santa image and some holly stamps from the Papertrey set.  Of course, I "wrapped" it up with some Very Vanilla twine and added a few little sequins for fun!  I hope you'll play along with our challenge this week...it's always fun to see what you create!  Thanks for popping in today!

I finally got Cassidy and Lee to finish their Thanksgiving turkeys:

It was a cute, fun project!  Enjoy your day, be blessed, and know that I am thankful for you all!

OMG - how perfect is this?! Rebecca played one of the Von Trapp children in her school production of The Sound of Music in the summer and she would just love this. I am off to try and acquire this stamp!! Happy thanksgiving wishes to you, my dear friend!
