FMS357 Peace Hope Joy

Happy Monday, peeps!  Happy Columbus day!  This morning, my sister and I will be taking my dad to Philadelphia (glad SHE is driving) to take my dad to a vascular specialist to see if there is something more to be done with the wound on his leg.  All prayers would be appreciated!  I got in a little stamping time this weekend, made a simple Christmas card:

When I first saw the FMS sketch for this week, I was intimidated, then I remembered that this Illustrated Faith paper/stamp/embellishment kit I got last year had some washi tape with words on it, so I put them all to good use!!

The papers all coordinate, so that was easy; I added a white strip so that the washi would be easily visible, then I added this little wreath sticker:

In fact, the only stamping was on the inside, done in Memento Black and Poppy Parade:

So sweet!  Thank you for stopping by today!

Cassidy went right to the door of the UPS truck when she saw this "very important package" arrive...gee, I wonder where it was from?!

Enjoy your day and be blessed!

What an adorable kit that must be, LeAnne, evidenced by your cute card! That sketch intimated me too with its vertical sentiment but you Washi tale is perfect to meet that challenge and that stamp is perfect for the inside! You've got a good helper there! Can't believe she's still in shorts in October in PA!

I adore every little detail of these papers, and the washi fits in perfectly, LeAnne! Such a sweet little inside sentiment, too!

Love your card, especially the Washi Tape with the sentiment on it.

Fabulous Washi, LeAnne. Such a bright and cheerful card. It looks as though you have a stamper-in-training if she already realises the importance of the big brown box!
