Oh Scrap!

Hey peeps!  Just a quick card today, no challenge, just playing with all the SCRAPS on my desk!  Are you inundated with them like I am?  I collected a few that seemed to complement each other, punched them out with a 3/4" square punch and adhered them to a note card.  Stamped a sentiment from Fabulous Four and it was done!

These colors just make me happy!

A little later, I decided to add some baker's twine....which one do you like better?

Continuing on with Cassidy's hairdressing obsession, she combed Mommy's hair while Mommy laid face down on the floor....whatever!

And here's the turban-style end result!

And she even gave Grampy a bit of a comb-out, too!  LOL!

Thanks for visiting today!

What a fab little card - perfect to use up odds and ends! The post title made me chuckle too!! As for Miss Cassidy - she is doing a grand job with her hairstyling!

Ooooh, I love these colors too, LeAnne! Darling card! (And send Cassidy my way... I'll lay on the floor for a hair-brushing anytime!)

Love the card - both versions. I'm trying to use up pieces right now too - such a collection!

Actually, I like the ones without the twine - they're really clean, simple and graphic. Adding the curvy flow of the bow seems to disrupt that snap for me. I really love the idea!

I vote for the one with the twine (but both are super cute). Love this idea to use up scraps.

Good example of why we don't toss scraps - these are both great cards but I think the twine makes it pop. Thanks for sharing the adorable Ms C with us - love that child!!!
