Happy Sunday (again), peeps! It’s time for a new Paper Players challenge! Jaydee has a great one for us today:
What a super idea…you could go in lots of different directions with this one! I don’t have many wildlife stamps, but I do have Zoo Babies, and those little images just make me smile, so I thought I’d put this little alligator to work:
I went CAS with this; I simply embellished the alligator with a little glimmer paper heart and added some zig-zaggy embellishments: a border of Pear Pizzazz from the Finishing Touches edgelits and the Chevron-embossed background. My final touch was a heart-shaped clip decorated with a Gumball Green ribbon! And I had to laugh…I alphabetize my stamps, so I used the first and last set of my current stash!!!

This year was MUCH better….we were even able to use the same costume and the hat (plus a sweatshirt this time):
We practiced saying “trick or treat” at the screen door:
In she comes with her treat bag….once we gave her some treats, she understood the trick or treat concept and was quite happy!!!

You and I have lots in common, girlfriend! My stamps are in alphabetical order, too! What a fun card, I love that Zoo Babies stamp set and it is on my wish list. I love the little sparkly heart, too!
This is adorable LeAnne - I just purchased that set, so I am going to have to join in on this challenge :) I'm so happy to see that Cassidy enjoyed her Halloween costume much better this year :)

This is so stinkin' cute, LeAnne! Love all the zig-zags and the little sparkly heart on the gator. Cassidy's pic from last year breaks my heart--so glad she enjoyed herself this year!

I am in love with your card. Genius touch to add the chevron embossing folder, it really plays off the scales on the back of the alligator! A fabulous CAS card.

Cassidy and her cute self completely derailed me from comenting on your adorable card. That crocodile is cute but little miss is sassy as all get up in her costume! Love it! :)
