Hi peeps, happy Sunday! Time for a new Paper Players challenge, with Ann as our fabulous hostess, and she has a fabulous color palette for us:
These are gorgeous colors together, but.....you may know me and PURPLE. Blackberry and Razzleberry are two very-unused colors in my craft stash! But that's why this is a challenge, right? I needed a couple little gift bags, and I spied the Ombre Gift Bags I had just received, and thought I would decorate the the Polished Pink one. I also wanted to use some new products from the mini, and for some reason, my mind went to snowflakes!! Crazy, right? But here we go:
I used the Merry Snowflakes bundle and Christmas to Remember; I used Rich Razzleberry to stamp a sentiment on the bag and Polished Pink to stamp the swirls:
I cut four different snowflakes from each of the challenge colors plus our new Pearlescent paper, then
scattered them on the front of the gift bag, and embellished each one with a rhinestone:I added a little brad and tag to hold the top together, then just tied on some Polished Pink ribbon for fun:
All filled up and ready to gift!
Here are both of them using the same snowflakes, just in different colors! I've never seen snowflakes these colors, but I took artistic license!!! Anyway, I hope you'll find some inspiration from our lovely color challenge this week! Come play along at the Players and be sure to check out what the DT created as well! Thanks for popping in!
The first Eagles game is today, so the family went to do some Eagles "shopping" and came upon their mascot Swoop and a few cheerleaders:
Enjoy your day and be blessed!

Super cute and what a fun use of the colors! I could see taking this and making it into a card front. Love the pic of the kids with the mascot and cheerleaders!
Very creative use of the colors! What a fun idea to make gift bags and with snowflakes too.
Hope your team wins!
Who cares what's tucked inside of those pretty little gift bags! Great use of the colors, LeAnne!
Love the bag and how you decorated it for the Christmas season! Those snowflakes are so pretty! I bet Wayne was in his glory! I was happy to hear the Eagles won yesterday! Is Dana still a Baltimore Fan? I just bought a new Ravens flag over the weekend since ours was pretty beaten up by winds. They play tonight....can't wait but I know I will be asleep before the 2nd quarter!
These snowflakes are so pretty in pink and purple LeAnne - what a great way to use this week's colours and a fun way to decorate those bags too. You will be pleased to know I have just purchased those snowflake dies, thanks to all of your beautiful inspiration with them - I could no longer resist!!
Wow LeAnne! The tags are absolutely gorgeous!! Great take on the colors!!
Total wow tags! Pink is my unused color …… I need to break it out!
You'd never know that RR and BB aren't used much in your craft room! Nicest looking gift bags ever! The non-traditional colors work really well with the snowflakes and just the right amount of bling!! And by the way Go Birds!! :) Take Care!
I am learning so much about the team's preferences on color! These are so pretty and the blending looks great too. The swirl stamp was such a great idea as if the winds were swirling and a snowstorm was blowing in. Have a great day and that is a sweet pic too! Thanks for sharing!
These tags/bags are just gorgeous! I love them in pink and purple! The little bow and brad look perfect! Love you saw the mascot and cheerleaders. How fun!
I'm smiling, LeAnne! What a perfect way to use these Ombre gift bags. That little tag is the perfect closure. I love how you used the colors this week.
Beautiful gift bags, LeAnne! I love the snowflakes in these non-traditional colors. Way to think outside of the box...and way to make my challenge colors shine! Have a wonderful weekend!
LeAnne... funnily enough I have just about a full stack of those colors in my card stock drawer, too!!! However, you rocked these colors. I totally love the snowflakes in non-traditional colors. You made those bags glow. Fabulous way to slay the challenge.
hugs
