FMS507 Peaceful Snowflakes

Happy Monday, peeps!  I have a simple card today using the FMS sketch and the challenge board for the Peace on Earth Christmas challenge:

My original intent was to replicate those gorgeous blue pinecones, but my attempt at diecutting them ended up with some akin to glittery Easter eggs, so I scrapped that and went with this, still using some of the blues as my inspiration:

I used the new Stitched Snowflake dies to cut out some glittery snowflakes and the retired Christmas Greetings thinlets to cut out the "peace" sentiment.  It all went on a piece of music background paper and matted with a Baja Breeze mat.  The larger snowflake got a blue gem in the center:

And the smaller one got a simple rhinestone:

I stamped the inside with a sentiment from For Unto Us!  Another one for my stash!

Thanks for visiting today--enjoy it and be blessed!

Sorry if this is a repeat... something went wrong the first time. I wanted to tell you that I'll bet your glittery Easter eggs were pretty, but this card with the soft music background and snowflakes all aglitter with their gem centers is gorgeous! Thank you for joining us at Peace on Earth!

Wonderful take on the sketch. The glittery snowflakes and the background are perfect for that sentiment. Thanks for sharing with us at Peace on Earth Challenge Blog. Please join us again.
