It's a Girl!

Happy Saturday, peeps!  I have a fun little card for you today, it's in anticipation of a new wee one due to be born very soon in John's family!  I incorporated the CAS on Sunday challenge of tags (hope it's CAS enough) and the Festive Friday challenge of International Children's Book Day:

I found some sweet Graphic 45 paper I've been "hoarding"  and combined a few papers for my square card that features alphabet letters, patterned paper and children for my card:

I stamped a sweet little baby and vintage carriage from Prima in Soft Suede on one tag, added a sentiment and pearl-embellished heart:

And a trio of alphabet dies on the second tag:

The tags were both cut using the Tailor Made Tag dies; the sentiments are from Our Daily Bread Designs; and the diecuts are all from Papertrey.  I just added a simple "congratulations" on the inside!  Thanks for popping in today!

I haven't had many pictures of Cassidy lately...she's a busy girl!  Dana & Wayne went to her school yesterday to see the seventh grade history projects.  Each group of four students created a project; Cassidy's was on the explorer Hernan Cortes, a Spanish conquistador!

Enjoy your day and be blessed!

7th grade...did she skip K thru 6? LOL! She's a beautiful young lady!! Great job on the poster board. I love your card, especially since it's in the orange family. Graphic 45 hoarding...I understand totally. I have a bunch too but it's Christmas and Halloween. I never use it...just like to look at it. I know you know what I'm talking about :-) Have a blessed weekend, my friend and congrats to your family

LeAnne, firstly, I cannot believe that Cassidy is in 7th grade!!! Where has the time gone :-) Secondly, I love this peach perfection. What a wonderful baby card. All of the elements come together so beautifully and the card has your signature vintage but modern feel. Love it!
