Happy Thanksgiving

Happy Wednesday, all!  There's a sweet little sketch over at TGIF and I am squeaking this one in just under the wire!

And here's the sketch:

This image is from an older SU set called Harvest Home.  I stamped it in Versafine Black on watercolor paper, then stamped just the crock on Smoky Slate cardstock with Misty Moonlight ink.  After watercoloring the Indian corn, I did some tricky fussy-cutting of the crock and glued it over the original image:

I used the colors from the Hand Stamped Sentiments challenge of Timid Tiger, Cajun Craze & Misty Moonlight:

I hope using neutrals is okay!  I added a few more touches; I embossed the image with the Subtle embossing folder, and embossed a Basic Beige mat with the Hive embossing folder.  The Misty Moonlight bat was diecut with the new Tile Garden dies, then separated and mounted on another Basic Beige mat.  I added some candy dots to fill in the "gap"!  Finally, my sentiment came from the retired Banner Year!  I thought this was an unusal color combo, but I like it!

Thanks for visiting today!  Enjoy it and be blessed!
