Pillow-Inspired Thanksgiving Card

Happy Monday, all! Hope you had a good weekend!  Fall was definitely in the air!

I have a real simple card today, and wait until you see how I was inspired!  Here we go:

We went out for dinner Friday night and as I was leaving, I saw this adorable pillow on the bench by the door:

(Now I would have cut off that icky tag sticking out, but that's just me, LOL!)  I thought it was adorable, so I pulled out a couple of dies, some retired Tangelo Twist and Very Vanilla cardstocks and went to work!  The thankful die is from Papertrey; the pumpkin is from Impression Obsession, and the tendril and leaf are from SU's Patterned Pumpkins.  I also embossed the background with Waffle Flower's Sweet Plaid Texture die to mimic the pattern on the background of the pillow:

Some Honeybee Blessings of Fall sentiments went on the inside:

The Addicted to CAS challenge this week is "pumpkin"; they're pretty strict on their guidelines, so I am not sure it will cut the mustard, but I did have fun recreating the pillow into a card!

Thanks for visiting today; enjoy it and be blessed!
