Dreaming of a Silver and White Christmas

Happy Monday, peeps!  Hope you had a nice weekend...we had rain, sun, more rain....but it was still nice!  I haven't made a Christmas card for a while, so I thought I'd throw my hat in the Christmas Card Throwdown, which is looking for silver and white, the Krafty Chicks Christmas challenge, and the Fab Friday sketch:

I still have lots of  Feels Like Frost DSP, and despite the challenge it is to photograph, I used it anyway:

I used two patterns for the sketch, then diecut some poinsettias from Thick White Cardstock, adding silver centers and berries, then heat-embossed a sentiment from Itty Bitty Christmas with silver embossing powder:

Here's another angle....still difficult to capture with the foil!

Saturday was spring clean-up at church.  LeAnne stayed home while the rest of the family raked, pulled leaves and got very wet and grubby!!!

We have a fairly large piece of property; there is a manse on the opposite side of the church as well; the property still has horse sheds from when people used horse and carriages to come to church!

Cassidy got right to work:

But they did get to take breaks, LOL!

Thanks for popping in today!  Enjoy it and be blessed!

In Michigan, we don't rule out snow until the end of April - yeah, it isn't fun. But Spring seems to be full-on, and we're enjoying every ray of sunshine, and drop of rain!
I'm also enjoying this beautiful silver sensational Christmas card! AND these hard working girls!

This one is a stunner LeAnne! That silver is impossible to photograph but you can tell it's awesome anyway! I like the cluster of flowers for the center element! Thanks for sharing at Fab Friday!

Wonderful shimmer on your lovely card, LeAnne! We had the same kind of on and off soggy Sunday here. Saturday was gorgeous and the neighborhood was a buzz with lawnmowers and trimmers!
