Hey everyone, it's time for another fun Tic Tac Toe challenge, with the amazing Shannon from Team X as our hostess! Here's the grid she chose for us this week:
I went with the middle row across: Stitched, Tag, and Vintage (of course), but I also managed to get in Tilted and Enamel Dot from the top row too! So here we go with my uber-big card:
My friend Teri gave me a slew of amazing Christmas papers, and this pattern was one of them! I didn't want to cover up the whole background with my tag, so I chose to make my card larger than a standard-sized A4; this is about 5" x 7". I created a tag with the Bonanza Dies from some coordinating striped paper, then mounted it on a piece of Call Me Clover and trimmed around. I diecut a Santa with a Stitched Circle die and adhered to the top, then accented it with some dark green glimmer paper greenery, enamel "holly" dots and a red ribbon accent:
I used a little Santa Claus sentiment, which was stamped on the same striped paper and diecut to place at the bottom of the tag:
And to follow with the vintage theme, I used this vintage-style Tim Holtz sentiment on the inside:
My card base was some Kraft cardstock, but it was a little thin, so I added a Very Vanilla panel on the inside to give it a little more structure!
