Happy Wednesday, peeps! My card today features the sketch from Global Design Project:
I am playing with a new In Color today, it's called Petunia Pop! It coordinates nicely with Berry Burst, so I used both for the center panel of my card; DSP in Petunia Pop and a mat of Berry Burst:
I stamped the flower from Hooray for Surprises in both colors, cutting out the center and popping it up. I stamped a sentiment from Country Birdhouses then added some Diagonal White ribbon.
Originally I stamped the sentiment on the DSP, but I didn't like how it kind of bled into the paper. It did almost the same thing on the cardstock, so I removed some of the excess ink from the ink pad with a paper towel. Hopefully that will solve the problem the next time I use it!
Thanks so much for popping in today!
It's baseball season!
Enjoy your day and be blessed!

Petunia Pop POW! What a way to start the day: a sweet and happy pink card, and a darling Little League-r! Put him in, Coach! With those fancy glasses he's made for center field!

Your card is lovely all jazzed up in Petunia Pop, but that adorable little ball player steals the show today!
What a fun color! I did get the new ink pads but haven’t opened them yet……I hate when they are too juicy! You have made me want to go right upstairs and try them!
Oh I do love a good monochromatic card - this is so pretty!
