ICC107

Happy Tuesday, peeps!  What a crazy new year it's been already!  More about that later!  My friend Kathy gave me a couple of these Hats Off diecuts and I used one, along with a ticket from the new Your Biggest Fan set from the current mini catalog, to create a birthday card for my nephew, who is a Philadelphia Eagles fan:

She gave me a computer-generated Eagles logo, which I fussy-cut and added to the hat, then stamped the ticket on Smoky Slate, added some Garden Green stars, and die cut it out.  The sentiment was die cut with the Tailor Made Tag die, and embellished with a green enamel dot:

I am going to enter this at the Inspire.Create challenge, where they are looking for birthday cards!

Hope he likes it!

SO....we started the new year by Cassidy getting sick, fainting in the bathroom (three times), cutting her chin and needing stitches, riding in an ambulance, and then spending an evening in our local hospital!  She was dehydrated, so once she had some fluids and got her blood pressure stabilized, which was causing her fainting, she was able to come home!  And she was diagnosed with Covid, although her actual symptoms are very mild, thankfully! She had lots of people praying for her!

Thanks for popping in today!  Enjoy it and be blessed!

What a great card! He'll love it!! I'm so thankful Cassidy is home and doesn't have a bad case of COVID. Dehydration does whacky things to our bodies for sure.

Love your card but I'd bet your nephew is going to flip over it! You are a very special aunt to make him such a special card.
I hate seeing your darling girl like this - hope she's feeling much better with each passing day! Sending her big hugs. xx
