Ouch for CTS386

Happy Monday, peeps!  I have some people coming over to stamp today, so this will be quick!  I have a fun little card for a friend who recently went through some knee surgery!  I used the CTS sketch:

He is not a warm fuzzy kind of guy, but I think his four children will like this card:

I stamped, colored and fussy-cut the sloth and layered him on some Forever Greenery DSP, then added the simple sentiment!  Other than lining up the image to stamp again on the DSP so I didn't have to cut out the sloth's toenails, it was easy peasy!

I am quickly sharing another card for the FMS sketch:

Cassidy's friend Lee had a birthday this week so I made him this card (the boy LOVES tractors, 4-wheelers, anything with wheels!), using John Deere colors and some print paper I had in my stash:

The sentiment is from Many Mates; the dies are the new Stitched Triangles, and the numbers are from Little Numbers (ret).  Thanks for popping in today!  Now off to stamp with my friends!

And here's another little boy who loves anything with wheels....in this case, he had to ride Cassidy's little tricycle (much to his dismay) because he hasn't quite gotten the hang of a two-wheeler yet!  Give him time!

I wonder what he's thinking about???  Maybe the day he can ride that bike, LOL!  Enjoy your day and be blessed!

Stamping those 'toenails' onto the dsp was a stroke of genius, LeAnne! It's sure to make the least warm and fuzzy guy smile - and fun way to say 'hang in there!'
Lee's card has just the right amount of cute for a 10 y.o.
and that face … I'm not gonna lie - nearly made me cry this morning...

What a perfect get well card right down to the sloth's toenails! I think you hit the jackpot with Lee's card. He will love that! I definitely think the little guy is wanting so bad to ride a big bike. I bet it won't be long.

Love both cards! Genius to stamp so you didn't have to fussy cut the nails and you nailed the lining up perfectly.

Your get well card blew me away LeAnne! Genius to use that DSP as the bottom of the diagonal and the toenails are perfect. Love the tractor DSP too - every farming girl needs some of that and I bet it comes in VERY handy! Maybe your sweetheart of a nephew would like it?! A tricycle might be a bit meh but a tractor - NOW you're talking!!! Vicky x

Well, if a sloth can be called cute, this little fella sure is! What a great card. I think the recipients will feel a little warm and fuzzy over this one! What a perfect for a tractor loving 10 year old! That little face... melt my heart!

Oh so cute to both cards! I love your tractor card - the geo shapes works so well for a card for a young man. Thanks for joining us at FMS this week!
