Color Inspiration

Stamping 411 had a pretty color inspiration today:

richtemptingolive

so I made a couple of cards…..VERY different cards.  The first one used the sketch 106 from Create with Connie & Mary and the hostess set Just Because:

Not too sure about this one…..I think I should have left well enough alone and not added the turquoise “highlights” to the flower.  But it was too far gone to turn back!!!  But then, I saw this adorable card on the Emma’s Paperie blog, and I shifted into a different gear:

This also qualifies for today’s SCS F4A20 challenge, Show Us What You’ve Got----to use something new to you.  I finally broke down and used some flowers that were a sweet RAK from Cindy (YLM on SCS).  Two totally different cards, same color palette!!

Don’t forget to play with the Color Throwdown team if you haven’t already, and check out the blog hop to win some prizes!!!  Thanks for visiting today….stay cool!  And check out this photo:

What's IN that apple pie better be something GOOD for me (meaning I won't gain additional pounds!)

Fabulous cards, LeAnne! LOVE that color combo!

I LOVE this color combo and both of your cards! I don't have a drop of razzleberry left and need to order some!
The only thing I want to see in that pie is my FORK!!! YUMMY!!

I'll bet I know! Is that a Soda Cracker Pie? We used to make those years back, and you couldn't tell them from the "real" thing.
