AYSI264 Meow

Hey there, stampers!  Hope you all had a lovely holiday!  Now it's time for a new As You See It challenge, and it's a fun one:

After our kitty Pumpkin passed away, we did not get another pet! But I do love seeing pictures of other peoples' pets! I enjoy them vicariously through stamping as well!  So it will be fun to see what everyone comes up with for this cute challenge!

I have several cat images but I really loved this vintage one from Rare Image stamps (sadly, I don't think they're in business any longer)!  I stamped my trio of kitties in Stazon ink on Shimmery White cardstock and watercolored them in:

I used the sketch from Try Stampin' On Tuesday:

as well as the challenge from Shopping Our Stash, which is a Triple Threat:  use three of something!  I used three kittens as well as three different patterned papers!  (Ooops, I forgot those three little elements down at the bottom!  Oh well!)  All my papers are from Authentique's Meadow collection:

The ribbon is SU's Blushing Bride Frayed Grosgrain ribbon, and both sentiments are from the Nine Lives (ret) set:

I have a cat-loving friend who gave me some flowers after my surgery, so I think I'll send this to her!  Now, how about you?  Can you come up with something to honor your pet...or maybe a pet you wish you had?  Check out what the DT came up with--you may be surprised--and then share yours with us too at the AYSI blog!

Now, here's one of my grand-dogs....Eden must have had a cold nose, LOL!

Thanks for visiting today, enjoy it and be blessed!

Oh goodness, they are the cutest trio since those three that lost their mittens! Darling kitties, papers, and I love the inside sentiment, LeAnne!

This is just beautiful LeAnne! I love your mix of background patterns and the way you divided them with scallops but I especially love that vintage puss cat image! It reminds me of a book my children used to love me to read to them, all about two naughty kittens called Smoke and Fluff! My goodness they were naughty!! Lovely to see Eden too, all cuddled up in a blanket! Vicky x

Ohh LeAnne, this card couldn't be more adorable and sweet. Love the DSP and this super cute trio of kitties, all sharing their saucer of milk, how endearing.
Thank you for playing along with us at SHOPPING OUR STASH.
Please stay healthy and safe.
PS. Eden is just an adorable and sweet doggie, he looks so comfy and warm.

I told you that this reminds me of my first grade reader for some reason! The vintage look with the calico floral prints in the background and those adorable kittens in that line drawing style. Nostalgia! Very cute pup wrapped up in the blanket, too!
