PP786 CAS Challenge from Ann

Happy Sunday, peeps!  Ann is our Paper Players hostess this week with a fun Clean and Simple challenge:

Yum!  There are a myriad of choices with this challenge! Just remember to keep it clean and simple--minimal layers, images and stamps!  I put my new Made With Sweetness dies to work, using the peach die along with the Mini Alphabet dies as well:

I used Crisp Cantaloupe and Pumpkin Pie cardstocks to create my peach slice, adding a little white craft ink to the Pumpkin Pie piece to soften it up a bit.  The tag was cut from some retired Crisp Cantaloupe DSP and a piece of vellum, tied with some Crisp Cantaloupe ribbon.  I shaded the alphabet letters with a Blend to give them a little depth.

I added a sentiment from the retired Sunny Sentiments set:

And I am going to enter this into the TGIF challenge, which is thank you cards:

We can't wait to see what food you will add to your clean and simple card!  Share it with us at the Paper Players blog!  Thanks for visiting today!  Enjoy it and be blessed!

LeAnne, there is nothing better than a fresh peach! The tag is so fun and could be used as a book mark. A perfect summery card for you! Your card is CAS perfection!

What a sweet layout, LeAnne. I like the way you've used blends and white ink to add variation in colour for extra depth. I remember the pattern of that DSP, even though I never had it in that colour... it might have been the first patterned paper I ever bought but it was in Subtles. A trip down memory lane. :-)

Clean and simple peach perfection, LeAnne! This is such a cool die cut peach slice and I love the sentiment. The sequins add just the right amount of sparkle. Thank you so much for rocking my challenge. Have a wonderful week!

Such a peach-tastic CAS card LeAnne - a lovely combination of elements. I especially love the shading on the diecut letters - it makes so much difference! Sometimes the little details are the best!

Your card may be CAS but it still has so many fun details on it, I especially like the shading on the letters and I will have to steal that idea : ) Such a cute card and a great use of Ann's theme. Have a wonderful week!

Great card for the challenge, LeAnne! The peach is terrific and that inside sentiment a lovely compliment to the outside. So pretty and perfectly CAS!

LeAnne, this is CAS perfection. I love that you used the zigzag for the tag and two colors for the PEACH. The addition of the peach colored sequins adds to the juicy feel. Absolutely great card for the challenge.
