Happy Monday, everyone! Our Atlantic Hearts Sketch this week is one I really like! I've done cards similar to this before, but not with the semi-circle element! Take a look:
I also decided to use hues of pink for my card so I could play along with the Color My Heart Color Dare challenge; my second color is white!
I punched out 1 1/4" squares of various pink cardstocks, then ran them through embossing folders and dabbed on a bit of pink ink to show the detail a bit better! Adhered them to a card front and added a birthday sentiment and some diecuts and it was good to go:
Aren't those embossed panels pretty?
Another sentiment and flowers from the same set went on the inside:
I like pink, but it's not a color I normally gravitate to, so this was fun! I enjoyed pulling out some retired goodies as well! I hope you'll play with us at Atlantic Hearts this week too! Thanks for visiting today! Enjoy it and be blessed!

I love this sketch and I love what you did with it! Those embossed squares are fun. I love pink! Lasting Joy is a great set and I need to pull it out again!
I like your idea of using a square punch for the background elements to keep everything the same size, that might make me brave enough to attempt this sketch. Very pretty in pinks!
Gorgeous!! Love what you did with the sketch! and you used all pinks--thanks for sharing that at Color Dare!
Look at all the beautiful texture in shades of pink. You did a great job with our challenge. Thanks for joining us at Color Dare.
You've really made the most of the squares with this design LeAnne - those little embossed nuggets add so much texture and visual interest and are a great way to combine all the pinks too. Gorgeous!
Great take on the sketch - all the embossed squares are sooo pretty! Fabulous card. Thank you for sharing at Color Dare.
Great use of embossing folds! I want to try this now on one of my own projects! Thank you for playing at Color Dare!
