Happy Monday, everyone! Our Atlantic Hearts Sketch this week is one I really like! I've done cards similar to this before, but not with the semi-circle element! Take a look:
I also decided to use hues of pink for my card so I could play along with the Color My Heart Color Dare challenge; my second color is white!
I punched out 1 1/4" squares of various pink cardstocks, then ran them through embossing folders and dabbed on a bit of pink ink to show the detail a bit better! Adhered them to a card front and added a birthday sentiment and some diecuts and it was good to go:
Aren't those embossed panels pretty?
Another sentiment and flowers from the same set went on the inside:
I like pink, but it's not a color I normally gravitate to, so this was fun! I enjoyed pulling out some retired goodies as well! I hope you'll play with us at Atlantic Hearts this week too! Thanks for visiting today! Enjoy it and be blessed!

I love this sketch and I love what you did with it! Those embossed squares are fun. I love pink! Lasting Joy is a great set and I need to pull it out again!
I like your idea of using a square punch for the background elements to keep everything the same size, that might make me brave enough to attempt this sketch. Very pretty in pinks!
