PP735 Sketch from Claire

Hello, everyone, happy Sunday! Claire is our hostess this week at the Paper Players and she has a great sketch for us!  Check it out:

I haven't made a Christmas card for a while, and I still had lots of ephemera from the Joyful Images pack from the holiday catalog, so I pulled out a snowman image and went to work:

I already had the embossed piece in my Pool Party file--perfect to go with my cute little snowman! I just added a strip of Poppy Parade DSP, embellished with scalloped strips of Garden Green, and a fun little sentiment from the retired Nothing Sweeter:

A sentiment from Greatest Part of Christmas and a stamped snowflake went on the inside:

This is a really versatile sketch and I can't wait to see what everyone creates with!  Share it with us over at the Paper Players blog!  Enjoy your day and be blessed!

This is so sweet, LeAnne! Love the snowman and of course, that pretty embossed background! I'm always inspired when you pull out the retired stamps and make a card with them! Well done!! Happy Sunday! :)

Not only do I love the colors and design, but you've also found the most adorable little snowman as the star of your card, LeAnne! GORGEOUS embossing, too!

I don't blame you for wanting to use that cute snowman and the embossed panel couldn't be more perfect, LeAnne! Looks like we were both thinking about adding to our Christmas card stash ha ha.

That wee snowman is just so cute. He stands out well against the red and green of the vertical. Of course, it's that beautiful embossed panel that's my favourite. :-)

Adorable, LeAnne! I LOVE Pool Party and Poppy Parade together. To me, these two colors together give off a retro vibe which is perfect for this snowman die cut. The embossed background is gorgeous. A wonderful card!!!
