Happy Friday, everyone! Time for a new As You See It challenge, and it's a Fill-in-the-Blank!
There are LOTS of tools that I won't get rid of, but this fun little dotted embossing folder is one that I'll never part with! I used the sketch from Try a Sketch on Tuesday:
along with some pretty pastel cardstocks and a retired floral set called Shaded Summer to make a birthday card for my SIL:
I might add that the scalloped border die from the Be Mine dies is also another one I'll never part with! I took panels of Purple Posy, Pink Pirouette and Soft Sky cardstocks (sadly, all retired) and embossed each one with the Perfect Polka Dot embossing folder. I added a couple of the scalloped border pieces, then my floral, stamped in Pink Pirouette and Mint Macaron (also retired). I stamped the image twice, then fussy-cut the florals to adhere on top.
I added a sentiment from Waffle Flower and a few matching sequins, and it was finished!
What retired or retiring product is one you'll never part with? It's a hard question to answer, isn't it? So many fun things come and go, but we hope you'll be able to pin one thing down and share something you've made with it over at the As You See It blog! Can't wait to see what you create!

LeAnne, that one is the very first I bought and I wouldn't EVER get rid of it! [or any of the other hundred+ in my EF collection!]
Beautiful mix of Spring-y colors for that fun sketch!
=]
Gorgeous soft color and I love the scallops and embossing, too! Thank you for sharing this lovely creation at TSOT.
You knocked it outta the park on this card!! The pastels are sooo pretty & I love how you did the scalloped edges. I have these dies, stamps & cardstocks, so you're gonna get cased! Thanks for sharing! Happy Easter to you & your family! Huggs from Florida
What a great take on that sketch LeAnne. I too love the tiny dots EF and won't part with it. I love the pastel colors you embossed for each section and the lovely floral circle. Beautiful card.
Have a Blessed Easter.
This is so very sweet, frilly and feminine! Love the colors too!
Oh be still my heart!! Pink Pirouette along with those other delicious pastel colors! It reminds me of one of those sugared Easter eggs with the window...beautiful!!
I can see why you'd keep that folder - it's such a sweetheart. You know, the first embossing folder I ever had was a polka dot folder like this from Provocraft for my Cuttlebug. And I do still have it too!
Gorgeous card, LeAnne! Love this design and the soft pastel colors you used!! I have SO many things that I have collected from 25 yrs of stamping so it's hard to say what is a favorite. LOL Maybe ALL of it! Have fun at your Egg Hunt today...gonna be a warm one! :)
LeAnne, such a beautiful card you've created for your sister-in-law! I know she'll love it with its gorgeous palette of pastel colors and that BEAUTIFUL scallop edging!! Thank you for sharing your creativity and card with us at TSOT!!! -Donna
LeAnne, there are many days where I wish I'd never sold my polka dot embossing folder! It's the perfect touch for so many kinds of designs, like this one! The pastels work so well with it!
This is so soft and pretty and the tiny dot embossing is perfect! Thanks for sharing with us at TSOT :)
I think this polka dot EF was the first one I ever owned LeAnne - and I still have it too! You can't go wrong with a polka dot :-) Loving the soft pastels and the zig-zag design too. That scalloped border is definitely a keeper too (yes - I also still have one of those lol!) Not that I'm a hoarder though ....!
Oh that's absolutely delightful LeAnne! I do love a polka dot and this folder is just perfect - definitely a keeper!
Love the pastel colors in each of your polka dot embossing panels... nicely tectured for your beautiful floral and great match of colors. Beautiful card and thanks for sharing your lovely interpretation with us at TSOT.
What a pretty birthday card for your SIL. I love the addition of the scalloped edges of the pink triangle which mimics the scalloped edge of the white die cut. Thanks for joining us at Try A Sketch on Tuesday.
