AHSC611 Your Friendship

Happy Monday, peeps! We are feeling a little better today, hopefully we're on the mend!  The latest Atlantic Hearts Sketch is a fun one:

I've been trying to use some of the patterns from the upcoming Timeless Plaids DSP, along with some neglected stamps and dies from the current catalog!  I chose Seaside Wishes for my card today:

I made a frame with some Cajun Craze cardstock, and layered it on this pretty plaid.  I cut an oval from the center of the DSP and layered it on a Basic Beige card.  The elements were diecut and stamped with Basic Beige and Crumb Cake, and the coral was cut from Calypso Coral. The color was a little too bright, so I softened it by sponging with Craft White ink.  I also ran the sand dollars through the matching embossing folder.  I added some gems and a banner sentiment to finish it off:

I left the inside blank; I can add a sentiment when I need one!

I hope you'll play along with this lovely sketch this week!  I always love seeing what the participants, as well as the Atlantic Hearts design team, create with our sketches!  The DT will unveil their creations on Wednesday, but you can play along now!  Thanks for popping in today!  Enjoy it and be blessed!

Blessed is the one
who does not walk in step with the wicked
or stand in the way that sinners take
or sit in the company of mockers,

but whose delight is in the law of the Lord,

and who meditates on his law day and night.

That person is like a tree planted by streams of water,

which yields its fruit in season
and whose leaf does not wither—
    whatever they do prospers.
Psalm 1:1-3
