PP530 Sweet Friend Sketch

Hi stampers!  Sunday brings a new Paper Players challenge with Ann as our hostess and she's sharing a great sketch!  Here we go:

I have been itching to play with the new set Welcoming Window, so I paired it with some colors from the Color Dare Tic-Tac-Toe palette:

I chose the top row across, using Highland Heather, Mossy Meadow and Balmy Blue!  So here we go:

I did a bit of creative stamping and diecutting to get the window the way I wanted, then added the vase and flowers:

This set has a lot of sweet sentiments, and I love this one; I cut it out with the Tasteful Labels die:

I added this sweet little corner vine:

and another pretty sentiment, backed with some brick:

I am also entering this at the Krafty Chicks, where they are looking for "occasions"!

This is a great basic sketch that can be made as simple or layered as you want!  Can't wait to see how you interpret it!  Be sure to pop over to the Paper Players blog to check out the awesome samples!  Thanks for stopping by today!

LeAnne, this is lovely - my childhood home had a few windows like this! Such a sweet little pitcher of flowers, and I really like the texture of that brick!

Oh, LeAnne! I adore the window scene with the pitcher of flowers. It's such a sweet card. The sentiments, especially the one on the inside of the card, are wonderful. Some lucky birthday girl is going to love this card for sure. Thank you for creating such an awesome card for my sketch challenge this week!
