CC&S208 Freehand Florals

Happy Thursday, peeps!  I am running behind today...just can't get out of my own way today, LOL!  I have a springy floral card today; I saw this double challenge at CAS Colours and Sketches:

I tried to resist doing a floral element, but the lovely retired colors seemed to evoke flowers, and I was itching to use the new W+9  Freehand Floral stamp set my friend Martha recently gave me:

This is a very simple notecard-sized card; I stamped and diecut everything on thick white cardstock from SU...I just love how the diecuts come out on the heavier weight paper!  I embossed the upper layer with the Vine Street EF, and the horizontal Sage Shadow piece has been stamped with the lacy pattern from Touches of Texture:

I added a stitched circle, a petite scalloped circle of Dusty Durango, and a sentiment from Hero Arts!  And this morning, Cassidy snuck some goldfish out of her snack pack and nibbled on them after breakfast, but not until she had lined them up like a traffic light.....and they almost match my card colors today!

Silly girl!

Enjoy your day and be blessed!

So pretty! Love the fish line up.
I have been enjoying your post but I am so busy. I don't know if I told you I am buying a condo. So I am downsizing from 2700 sq. feet to 1400 sq. feet. I have been so busy getting rid of stuff. Way too much stuff. St Vinnie's came on Tuesday and took 30 boxes, two file cabinet, two tables and bunch of other stuff. I have been boxing, taping, and hauling up the stairs to the garage. I haven't even started packing. It is all about getting rid of for now. I close on March 1st. Then I have to sell my house. Keep me in your prayers. Hugs Linda
