CYCI94

DSCF2794

Happy Wednesday, peeps!  A real quick card today using the Can You Case It sketch #94:

CYCI#94

Sweet, easy little sketch!  I had this piece of Home for Christmas DSP sitting on my desk unused from another project, so I trimmed it down and mounted it on a  Mossy Meadow card base:

Along the edge, I added a vintage sentiment from a Cornish Heritage Farms Vintage Christmas Expressions set, embossed in white embossing powder.  I added a red ribbon and a stitched tag:

The sentiment is from the same set, I just isolated the word “merry” with the edge of my ink pad and added a stitched star for fun.  The SU enamel dots tied it all together!  Thanks for looking!

We made some new playdoh yesterday, and pulled out the big tub of cookie cutters I snagged at a yardsale:

“Grammy, I’m making a parade!”

By the time she was finished, we had a dinosaur, turkey, cat, rocket (???), dog, duck, Santa, rabbit, lion, and bird….and she was upset because Santa wasn’t facing the right way!!!

Enjoy your day!

I love that house paper. Is that SU? Very sweet card.
I thought she was making sugar cookies. Cassidy does an amazing job getting a lot on her dough. I can't do that good. Very cute. I love home made play dough. TFS

So cute, LeAnne! That paper could star in any show and I love how you stamped the sentiment up the side of the card. Cassidy's animals could go on a rocket parade! :)
