CCMC255

DSCF5612

Just a quick little post today and then off to do a myriad of errands and chores!  This is for Create with Connie & Mary’s sketch this week:

I let most of the work be done by the Gingham Garden papers:

DSCF5611

Just a wee bit of stamping—Delightful Dozen and Four Frames, then some ribbon and a punched flower!  Can’t get any easier than that!  And I have to admit:  I did not look at all the samples from CCMC before making this, and I see that I have almost CASEd one of them to a T!  Ooops!  You can see Margaret’s card here.   Oh dear…great minds think alike!    Have a marvelous day!

Lovely card, LeAnne. I can't wait to get my DSP this week! And I honestly pictured Cassidy years from now smiling so beautifully as she is here but in a prom picture...I know you didn't want to hear that...she is such a cutie!

Oh...isn't it AMAZING when great minds think alike! It's funny that it is almost just the opposite with how you used the papers. DARLING!!! Thanks for playing along this week in the Create with Connie and Mary Thursday Challenge!

Great card, LeAnne! What a great choice of dsp : ) too! So glad you said "great minds".. I definitely take that as a compliment! But even using the same dsp, the creativity muse led us in different directions with embellishing, which is the great thing about stamping, isn't it! I love your card and I'm always needing get well cards too (hmm..) Thanks for joining us for the sketch challenge this week at Create with Connie and Mary!
