Vintage Santa

DSCF6434

Happy Saturday, peeps!  Hoping to get this in before the storm hits, which certainly changed our family’s plans this week!  Anyway, I made a real quick Christmas card (are you tired of them yet?) for three challenges:

SFF082611

And here it is:

DSCF6435

I only have one banner, I hope that’s okay!  Sticker is from Tim Holtz; sentiment & snowflakes are from Holiday Sampler, an older SU set.  Check out the little bells:

SWEET!  They’ll be available from the SU mini catalog on September 1!  I attached them with two strands of embroidery floss and a very slender needle…easy peasy!  Thanks for visiting today!

My little virtuoso!

Wee Details:

  • Stamps: Holiday Sampler
  • Paper:  Confetti White, Bravo Burgundy, Home for Christmas, Melissa Frances
  • Ink: Bravo Burgundy, Marina Mist
  • Acc:  Flag Sentiment Die, Mini Jingle Bells, Sticker, Tim Holtz, needle & floss

Your card is wonderful - lovin' those teensy bells! Thanks for inspiring me to ink up some holiday stamps! And look at that beautiful girl, standing up all by herself! My oh my, she's growing so fast! I'll pray that you all stay safe from the storm - hugs and blessings...

Love seeing the Christmas card! I didn't pre-order the mini jingle bells, but have to now. They are the perfect accent on your card. Love the santa image and the pennant is just the right touch. Thank you for joining us at Hand Stamped Sentiments.

Love that card and that TH sticker, I knew right off that it had to be one of his products. No one does vintage Christmas and Santa better than he does. Those bells are just the perfect touch too.
