Happy Tuesday, everyone! I needed a birthday card for a sweet little girl at church, so I combined three challenges to creat one for her! It uses the sketch from Retro Rubber, the recipe from As You See It and the challenge to use three different DSPs at Shopping Our Stash:
I pulled out two retired sets, Sweet Ice Cream (2021) and Time of Year (2016):
It's hard to see here, but the ice cream, cone and sentiment are all embossed with clear embossing powder. I used papers from Authentique for the ice cream and the background panel; the gingham tag is from Bo Bunny:
I added some sequins and a few glimmer paper stars for extra pop! I wish you could see the shine on the embossed pieces, it looks really cool! I hope she likes it!
Thanks for popping in today! Enjoy it and be blessed!

This is so sweet, LeAnne - I think ice cream is a must for any birthday - even more important than a cake!

What a beautiful card! I don't think I could take on a challenge to use three different papers in one card but you've made it look easy. Those little stars are a great addition to the mix too. Thanks for sharing with us again at The Paper Players.
This is a yummy little card! Love the mix of patterns and shapes!
Sweet as can be! Cute card!
Your ice cream looks so sweet in pastels LeAnne and I just love the sequins, shimmer and shine! Ice cream and birthdays are the perfect combination - a great way to use this week's As You See It recipe too!

Wow! LeAnne, you have the most amazing stash ever! The things you pull from it never cease to amaze me! That ice cream cone looks good enough to eat! Thanks for cooking up our recipe at As You See It Challenges.
Love this LeAnne, I never thought to use sequins as sprinkles, its genius and has me wanting to race to my desk to try it lol. Love how you used the sketch, always lovely to see you in the gallery. Claire RR DT x
