MM265 and JUGS419

Hi everyone!  Happy Wednesday!  I squeaked in a little stamping time last night....my week is crazy and I really didn't think I'd get much time to stamp, but I guess we make time for the things we like, right?  I loved the Merry Monday theme of Outdoor Activities, and I always like silhouettes, so I also went with the JUGS challenge as well:

I have used a combination of old and new stamps for my card today!  This silhouette image of a boy sledding is one I got at a stamp show several years ago; I embossed him in white on some new-to-me papers from Simple Stories, then added some woodgrain stamping on the Crumb Cake base and although it's hard to see, the Cherry Cobbler panel also has some word stamping on it:

I sponged all around the edges of my embossed image as well as the Bordering Blue scalloped panel - another oldie (I just loved that color, why did SU get rid of it?) - and then tied a little linen thread behind it:

The sentiment and banner are also new-to-me items from Concord & 9th, called Christmas Cheer Turnabout stamp set and Ribbon Banner die.  The snowflake is from Seasonal Layers, also Bordering Blue and coated with glitter:

I hope you have a great day---thanks for popping it and be blessed!

Another couple pictures from Longwood....these topiaries are trimmed to look like big monsters!

I love your card! I'll have to look up that banner- it's pretty spectacular. Fun that they "seasonalize" Longwood to that extent and wow is she getting big!

Cute card, LeAnne! I too loved Bordering Blue and I have about half a paper pack left. I save it for "special" use, LOL.
