Hi everyone! I had a very unusual evening...not one person was in my house last night except ME! Woohoo! Stamping time! I actually had some relaxing creative time, using the As You See It sketch:
And the beautiful colors from Create with Connie and Mary:
I finally ordered the Butterfly Basics set....not sure what I was waiting for, but I was convinced that I didn't need another butterfly set, LOL! But isn't it pretty? I paired it with Awesomely Artistic; they just were made for each other! I stamped a whole bunch of their images on top of the photo "frame" as well as behind it; added a couple of different washi tapes; put some vellum in the corners (which are a wee bit difficult to see) and tied it all up with some Lost Lagoon baker's twine and a really old sentiment from Small Sayings. Oooh, so much fun to create!
Thanks for visiting today!
Cassidy made some playdoh cookies and sandwiches, and had a wee impromptu tea party/picnic on the patio:
She had to cut up the "sandwich" so her baby could eat it!
Enjoy your day!

Oh how beautiful, LeAnne! What a fabulous collage and you slam-dunked both of the challenges. What a treasure a little alone time is, isn't it? Glad you were able to enjoy it.
Beautiful card LeAnne it's a great interpretation of both challenges. And of course you did need another butterfly stamp set. You can never have too many butterfly stamps really can you? :-) Thanks for joining us over at Create with Connie and Mary this week! :-)
Beautiful collage card LeAnne. You always do such a great job with collage cards. Yes, these butterflies are so pretty. I like the little fiber knot you and bits of washi tape you've added.
So happy to see that Cassidy can actually have a picnic outside there. We got a bunch more snow last night - yuck- can you believe it::!!! It's April after all!!
Wishing you a great weekend.
So pretty. Love the colors and the pretty butterflies. Great collage.
Love this LeAnne! Great collage as always. Nice use of both sketches... Barb
I love those rare times when I'm home alone too! I agree with you that Butterfly Basics and Awesomely Artistic are made for each other and you've amply demonstrated that with this joyful collage of images. Thanks for joining us this week at As You See It.
