Happy Sunday, peeps! What a glorious weekend it is turning out to be in PA! I am not sure if Mother Nature is rewarding us for having to suffer through such a difficult winter, but I am taking it gladly!!! Sandy is our hostess today for the Paper Players, and she has a Tic-Tac-Toe challenge for us all:
I needed a thank you card, so I chose the middle horizontal line….but then I realized I didn’t have much green patterned paper! Yikes, how can that be? I searched some of my retired DP and found some SAB paper from a couple years ago, and went to work:
This is definitely a combo of old and new! The Baja Breeze elements are all retired, as is the little heart charm (some of these might still be available on the Clearance Rack!), but the stamps are all current: Everything Eleanor, Chalk Talk and Blooming with Kindness. I did a little sponging to mimic the colors on the DP, and shabbied up some of the seam binding for a vintage look!
So what tic-tac-toe series will tempt you to create something this week? Be sure to check out all the designers’ samples here:
and share yours with us as well! We can’t wait to see what you come up with!
Have you EVER seen raspberries this big? Humongous!

Your vintage card is so charming! I just love all the details, especially that heart...so sweet!
I love all the vintage elements in your card too, esecially the heart dangling from the scrunchy ribbon! Great color combo, too!
Love your creativity at work -- new, old, mixed sets, etc. I love vintage, but hadn't been fond of that particular sheet of paper UNTIL today. You rocked it!!
Beautiful card LeAnne!! Love your design, the little charm and that PRETTY label!! Wowzers those are some BIG raspberries...they look GOOD!
The swirl stamping is so pretty on the DP LeAnne - love the little silver heart on the wrinkled ribbon!

Such a pretty card, LeAnne! The bow is fabulous! I love the little heart charm...it's the perfect touch!
Raspberries??? I thought they were pompoms! Were they from your yard? Did they taste as good as they look?
Fantastic use of old and new products. That patterned paper was the very first I bought from Stampin' Up! and is still one of my favorites. Your card is lovely!
Love your shabby chic card. Another winner. The colors are so perfect, that green so happy. Great card. Oooh! and pass some raspberries!
You, my friend, completely ROCK the shabby chic-ness! I love the soft colors and the awesome details you added. Great photo of Cassidy and her "raspberry fingers"! Wow!
