Hi peeps! I have had a few stressful days with very little stamping time, so I made myself sit in my craft room and do a bit of creative therapy last night! I thought the sketch from Try Stampin on Tuesday was fun:
and I've had this mood board in the back of my mind from Double D Challenges since I first saw it:
So pretty! I always like to send my niece a Christmas card with a Scottie dog on it because she has THREE of them!! So here we go:
This little Scottie and his sled are from Cottage Cutz, and I flipped the sketch so he wouldn't be sledding off the edge of my card! The "joy" is actually the word "enjoy" from a retired SU Mini Treat Bag die, and I just cut off the first two letters! The Tailor Made tag was embossed with a Darice Snowflake embossing folder. For a little color, I added some greenery from Sparkle of the Season along with some red rhinestone berries!
I finished it off with some plaid banners and ribbon; I should have added a rhinestone to the little flower on the sled!! Maybe I'll do that before I mail it off! Anyway, thanks for popping in today! Enjoy your day and be blessed!

I love Scotty dogs. We had one that was a big heavy metal doorstop. Sorry you are experiencing stress. Hope it isn't from the surgery you had. Take good care and your niece will love the stressless card you made for her.

You know I love this! The Scottie is adorable on the sleigh! Great sketch to use! And I feel better that your sentiment photographed like mine today…..I love that sparkly paper but it doesn’t photograph as pretty as it is!
