Happy Sunday afternoon, peeps! I am supposed to be addressing my Christmas cards, but I wanted to get this card in before the Global Design Project's deadline!! Here's their sketch:
Tomorrow is my brother's birthday, and I thought these Nestled papers from Authentique would be fun for a masculine card:
Just look at those cute little faces.....I cut them out with a stitched die and backed them with a little scalloped mat. The horizontal panel is embossed with the Pinewood Planks EF and sponged with some Early Espresso ink to bring out the woodgrain:
The birthday sentiment was stamped once with Early Espresso in my Stamparatus, then without moving the stamp, I cleaned it, inked it again with Versamark ink, then heat-embossed it with clear embossing. I diecut it and popped it up with some dimensionals. And here's the inside; I couldn't help but punch out one of those little faces to stick on the inside! I hope he likes it! Thanks for popping by again!

I love this card LeAnne! I especially like how symmetrical it is except that one bright label that leads the eye off to the right. What a cute message inside too - I love how you are all about your family :)
