Fun Fold Card Class

Happy Wednesday, peeps!  I am sharing the cards we made at my Fun Fold Cards class on Monday!  Both of these cards are from fellow demonstrators and I'll link their posts because they have excellent instructions and details!

The first one is from Cindy Brumbaugh and you can find her sample HERE.  For my card, I chose cardstocks in the new Soft Sea Foam and Calypso Coral, and Garden Expressions DSP.  The sentiment is from Picture Perfect Birthday, stamped on a Stitched Label diecut, and the flowers are from Jar of Love:

Here's a side view; one of my girls said she's made this card and put a little package of tissues in the bottom portion and made a get-well card with it!  What a cute idea!

And I demonstrated the two-step stamp using both plates on the Stamparatus!  And we finished off the card with some pretty Grapefruit Grove ribbon!

The second card was inspired by a card by Debbie Henderson and you can see it HERE.  For my card, I used Tranquil Tide and the new Rooted in Nature bundle.  We stamped the leaves in Versamark on the front of the card, and used the new Shaded Spruce for the trees:

Here's how the card looks when it is open; the sentiment is from Stitched All Around:

And I love it when my stampers go home and make their own cards....my friend Gabriella made these awesome cards!  I can't wait to try the tri-fold one with a circle myself!  Thanks for sharing, Gabriella!

And thanks to Cindy and Debbie for sharing their ideas as well!

I found a brand-new Twister game at a yard sale this weekend, so Cassidy had to try it out, with Grampy as the "spinner":

Ooops!

Enjoy your day and be blessed!

Gabriella made two awesome cards, as well! Great job to her! Cassidy and Grampy look to be having fun with Twister. I haven't seen that game around in years! Great find, too! TFS

  3. Beautiful display of talent. Love the folds. We still have our Twister game. I don't know why because none of us can play anymore! Have a blessed day.

Fun pictures of Cassidy with the Twister game. My kids had one of those when they were small. Lots of fun.
