Happy Friday, peeps! We are still in the throes of freezing cold weather and the second day of no school, so Cassidy is home with me again! I had a little time to stamp last night, and I was very excited to see that my uber-creative friend Laurel Seabrook started her "Inspired By" challenge again with this adorable inspiration photo that is very appropriate for our weather
I found this SU DSP from several years back and it looked a bit like snowflakes, and I thought it would look cute with this little row of snowmen from Lizzie Anne designs:
I stamped them in Chocolate Chip ink on Shimmery White cardstock, and colored them with some Copic markers, added some tiny little snowflakes and a big glimmer paper snowflake...IRL it looks very dazzling, too bad it doesn't show up in the photo! I diecut the image with a stitched die and added a Kraft scalloped mat. There's a wit bit of chunky glittery snow, too! I put it all on a Crumb Cake card base.
Since I know someone whose birthday is coming up soon, and she loves snowmen, I stamped a birthday sentiment from Papertrey on the inside with a few snowflakes!
It has become a tradition on days that Cassidy doesn't have school and she stays with me, that I make her pancakes. I surprised her with this goofy one:
She gobbled it right up...but only with butter, she doesn't like syrup on her pancakes!!!
Thanks for popping in today...enjoy your day and be blessed!
